Minors & Majors Player Evaluations
The Minors and Majors divisions are considered competitive divisions in which standings are kept and there will be playoffs and championships. Therefore, teams are created through the format of a draft so the evaluations are a key part of the process as it allows the coaches to evaluate all the players and draft appropriately. This allows for there to be a competitive balance within the divisions so participation is encouraged.
